ABOUT US

OUR SCHOOL
The Sunflower School is an educational program, currently serving families with students ages 3-9. We are located on 5.4 wooded acres in Williamson County, TX; less than 1 mile from the Southwest Williamson County Regional Park

In our small group setting (12 students or fewer), every child experiences individualized instruction at their own level. Our mixed-age class presents opportunities for little ones to learn from their older peers and for the big kids to take on leadership roles.

Our learners spend much of their day playing and exploring together either outdoors or in our newly-remodeled schoolhouse. Because of our wide age-range and diverse abilities within our group, we dedicate a portion of our academic time split into small learning groups. These groups are fluid and may change based on the subject being taught and the skills/abilities of students in attendance.
Families will find that with our unique education model, students of every ability can reach their full academic potential. We offer extra support to students who need more practice/time in a given subject, as well as extra challenges for those ready to move through curriculum more quickly.
